Abstract
"The Barangay Council Gratuity Act of 2002." This bill provides for the gratuity pay of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (P200,000.00) for Barangay Captains and One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (P150,000.00) for Barangay Council Members who have completely served three consecutive terms.
