ABSTRACT : This bill mandates all government officials or employees to return to the agency concerned, all properties under thier accountability upon their retirement, resignation, promotion, transfer of assignment, or separation from the service. > It also penalizes violators of this Act of not less than one (1) month but not more than six (6) months imprisonment and disqualificatio n from holding public office.
