SHORT TITLE : Foster Care Act of 2004
ABSTRACT : "Foster Care Act of 2004".The bill seeks to sytematize and enhance foster care in the country by providing incentives to qualified foster familites such as subsidy from the government, health insurance and tax exemptions. If this bill is enacted into law, it will also accord a legal framework under which every abused, neglected, surrendered, dependent and abandoned child can be provided with an alternative family.
