Abstract
Wherever lawfully justified, the [Director of Prisons] FOLLOWING shall grant allowances for good conduct to inmates and detainees: (1) Bureau of Correction Director; (2) provincial governors; and (3) Bureau of Jail Management and Penology Chief.
