Abstract
The bill provides that the proceeds of taxes, charges, royalties collected from the Malampaya Natural Gas Project due the national government be directly remitted to the Armed Forces of the Philippines, the Bureau of Fire Protection, the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology and the Philippine National Police.'
