FULL TITLE : AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE FULL UTILIZATION OF THE CLARK INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT AS THE COUNTRY'S PREMIER INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
ABSTRACT : Rationale: International air transportation organizations predict that more than Three Hundred Seventy-Six Million (P376,000,000.0 0) enplanements or over half the world total will be in the Asia-Pacific region by the year 2010, a fourfold increasesince 1990. The Clark International Airport, with its existing runways and airport area of Two Thousand Two Hundred (2,200) hectares provides sufficient area for phased expansion to serve the air traffic demand of the 21st Century.

Rationale: International air transportation organizations predict that more than Three Hundred Seventy-Six Million (P376,000,000.0 0) enplanements or over half the world total will be in the Asia-Pacific region by the year 2010, a fourfold increasesince 1990. The Clark International Airport, with its existing runways and airport area of Two Thousand Two Hundred (2,200) hectares provides sufficient area for phased expansion to serve the air traffic demand of the 21st Century.
