FULL TITLE : AN ACT REGULATING TUITION AND OTHER SCHOOL-RELATED FEES IN ALL HIGHER AND BASIC INSTITUTIONS OF LEARNING, CREATING A TUITION REGULATION BOARD, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
ABSTRACT : "Tuition Regulation Act of 2002". To further broaden the cmapaing against unreasonable and unwarranted tution increases every academic year, the establishment of a Tuition Regulation Council is hereby proposed. This bill envisioned to be a multi-sectoral body that shall serve as the highest policy-making body on matters concerning tuition fee rates, modification and other tuition-related matters.
