ABSTRACT : When recruiting new employees, some private companies impose certain requirements that, for some, are almost impossible to comply. Examples of these discriminatory requirements are height, age, skin color and other physical attributes. To promote fairness, equality and justice in employment opportunities, the bill seeks to penalize employers who discriminate against a person for an opportunity to be employed by reason of non-related work requirements. |
