Abstract
This bill seeks to provide non-stock, non-profit civic, charitable, religious and educational associations not organized for profit but operated exclusively for charitable, social and educational purposes, full tax and duty exemption benefits, amending for the purpose Republic Act No. 8424, otherwise known as the Tax Reform Act of 1997.
