| FULL TITLE : AN ACT DECLARING PEDOPHILIA A HEINOUS CRIME AND IMPOSING DEATH PENALTY THEREFOR |
| ABSTRACT : Any person who commits pedophilia shall be punishable by reclusion perpetua to death and a fine of not less than P100,000.00, nor more than P200,000.00. The same penalty shall be imposed on pimps, including parents and maintainers of places where chidlren could be made available to pedophiles. The foreigner-offen der shall be deported upon service of sentence. |
