ABSTRACT : The bill provides that all officials and employees of government-owned or controlled corporations and government financial institutions which are exempted from the Compensation and Position Classification System shall receive compensation of no more than twice the salaries of equivalent ranks and positions in other government offices. |

Abstract
The bill provides that all officials and employees of government-owned or controlled corporations and government financial institutions which are exempted from the Compensation and Position Classification System shall receive compensation of no more than twice the salaries of equivalent ranks and positions in other government offices.
