| ABSTRACT : "Vehicular Traffic Violation Courts of 2002". It is the policy of the State to secure its citizenry from the ruinous and extremely injurious effects of vehicular-traff ic violations. Towards this end, the State shall pursuw a system of speedu adjudication of traffic-realted offenses to promote and protect the rights of every citizens. It shall provide procedures for amicable settlements. |
