ABSTRACT : The bill seeks to reduce the compulsory retirement age of government employees to 57 years provided that he/she has rendered at least 15 years of service. It also lowers the age for entitlement of optional retirement to 53 years of age at the time of retirement. |

Abstract
The bill seeks to reduce the compulsory retirement age of government employees to 57 years provided that he/she has rendered at least 15 years of service. It also lowers the age for entitlement of optional retirement to 53 years of age at the time of retirement.
