ABSTRACT : The bill introduces a reforestation program (Tree for Legacy Program) covering private lands, protection forests, production forests, open public lands and other lands deemed appropriate for tree planting. The proposed program shall be administered by the local government units in partnership with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources. | |
