| ABSTRACT : The bill proposes the creation of the One-Philippines Arterial Speedways Project Office which shall be responsible for the planning and implementation of the Speedways project with the following infrastructure components: construction of 6-lane concrete highways, pontoon bridges, tunnels, roll-on roll-off seaports, and the improvement and concreting of existing national roads and bridges interconnecting Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. |

Abstract
The bill proposes the creation of the One-Philippines Arterial Speedways Project Office which shall be responsible for the planning and implementation of the Speedways project with the following infrastructure components: construction of 6-lane concrete highways, pontoon bridges, tunnels, roll-on roll-off seaports, and the improvement and concreting of existing national roads and bridges interconnecting Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
