Abstract
This bill seeks to institutionaliz e a non-complicated self-defense training program for women in order to prevent and deter sexual harassment, assaults and other forms of abuses and violence against them. With the proper technique and instruction,knowledge of self-defense results in self-confidence , good disposition and quick reflexes in the face of imminent danger.
