SHORT TITLE : The Public Utilities Transparency and Disclosure Act of 2005 | |
ABSTRACT : "The Public Utilities Transparency and Disclosure Act of 2005". The bill requires all public utilities to submit the following every year: a) audited financial statements, b) names and stockholdings of owners and stockholders, c) copy of all contracts whereby the utility company is a joint or principal debtor, creditor or guarantor, d) list of capital expenditures, and e) breakdown of previous year's collections and revenues. | |
