| ABSTRACT : The bill seeks to prohibit the auctioning of seized/confiscated illegally cut, gathered, removed or processed logs, lumber, flitches and other forest products by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) through the Natural Resources Development Corporation. It provides a system whereby the DENR shall dispose and apportion confiscated forest products. | |

Abstract
