ABSTRACT : "Judiciary Compensation Restructure Act of 2003". The Judiciary Compensation Act granted special monthly allowances to justices and judges only. This resulted in widespread demoralization among the ranks of court officers and employees who perform the bulk of tasks needed in the dispensation of justice. This bill seeks to provide for the upgrading of the rates of compensation of the officers and employees of the Philippine judiciary. | |

Abstract
"Judiciary Compensation Restructure Act of 2003". The Judiciary Compensation Act granted special monthly allowances to justices and judges only.
