ABSTRACT : This bill seeks to establish the solar energy development authority. Being a tropical country, the Philippines is blessed with abundant sunlight which can be tapped as an inexhaustible, cheap and environmentally safe source of energy. As compared toother conventional fuel, solar energy merely harnesses the heat of the sun hence, it does not pollute the aur nor the sea. |
