SHORT TITLE : National Food Authority Reorganization Act of 2003 | |
ABSTRACT : "National Food Authority Reorganization Act of 2003" The National Food Authority (NFA) is mandated to ensure food security in staple cereals in times and places of natural and man-made calamity. For the NFA to be truly effective, this bill seeks to strengthen the NFA financially and structurally. It aims to institute reforms in administration and reorganize the NFA into the National Food Corporation attached to the Office of the President. | |
