SHORT TITLE : Health Care Delivery Modernization Act of 2004 | |
ABSTRACT : "Health Care Delivery Modernization Act of 2004". The bill seeks to modernize the health care delivery system in the country to a level where it can fully and effectively perform its constitutional mandate to protect and promote the right to health of the citizenry and instill health consciousness among them. The proposed modernization program consists of several components that will ultimately phase out the antiquated system of health care delivery to complement state-of-the-art equipment and technology. | |
