SHORT TITLE : "Cellular Phone Subscribers Protection Act of 2008"
ABSTRACT : Aims to change the basis for billing cellular phone calls from the existing one (1) minute increment to the actual time consumed by the subscriber. Also proposes to prohibit cellular phone service operators from charging subscribers for drop calls.
