Abstract
This bill seeks to expedite the administration of land registration proceedings paricularly in cases of loss or destruction of the original certificates of title in the custody of the Register of Deeds. > This bill also authorizes the Register of Deeds to institute judicial action or to be deemed a party-in-intere st to a judicial action fore reconstitution of lost or destroyed original copy of a certificate of title being kept in his office.
