Abstract
Seeks to amend Article 737 of the Civil Code to clearly state that "AT THE TIME THE DONATION IS PERFECTED, BOTH THE DONOR AND THE DONEE MUST BE CAPACITATED" thus making the provision consistent with other provisions on donations in the Civil Code.
