ABSTRACT : The bill gives bona fide residents of the city or municipality where the elementary school is located and the province where the secondary schools is located priority in appointment or assignment to teaching positions provided that the teacher possesses the minimum qualifications for the position. |

Abstract
The bill gives bona fide residents of the city or municipality where the elementary school is located and the province where the secondary schools is located priority in appointment or assignment to teaching positions provided that the teacher possesses the minimum qualifications for the position.
