FULL TITLE : AN ACT AMENDING REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED SEVENTY-SIX HUNDRED AND FIFTY-THREE, ENTITLED `THE NEW CENTRAL BANK ACT' |
ABSTRACT : The key provisions of this bill include: (1) the removal of the five-year time limit on the Bangko Sentral's tax exemption; (2) the granting of authority to the MOnetary Baord (MB) to provide a compensation structure based on job evaluation studiesand wage surveys, but not lower than those of any other government financial institutions;an d (3) the clarification that financial derivatives are subject to the regulation of the MB. |
