| ABSTRACT : This bill substantiates the policy of the State to regulate the practice of Consultants and Consulting firms in the Philippines for all consulting projects, both government and private, and other related activities pursuant to Article XII of the Constitution of the Philippines that the practice of all professions in the Philippines shall be limited to Filipino citizens save in cases prescribed by law. | |

Abstract
This bill substantiates the policy of the State to regulate the practice of Consultants and Consulting firms in the Philippines for all consulting projects, both government and private, and other related activities pursuant to Article XII of the Constitution of the Philippines that the practice of all professions in the Philippines shall be limited to Filipino citizens save in cases prescribed by law.
