ABSTRACT : To allow more women to work during nighttime, the bill seeks to lift certain prohibitions identified in Article 131 of the Labor Code, such as: a) in cases of emergency; b) in case of urgent work performed on machineries, equipment or installation, and c) where work is necessary to prevent the serious loss of perishable goods. |

Abstract
To allow more women to work during nighttime, the bill seeks to lift certain prohibitions identified in Article 131 of the Labor Code, such as: a) in cases of emergency; b) in case of urgent work performed on machineries, equipment or installation, and c) where work is necessary to prevent the serious loss of perishable goods.'
