| SHORT TITLE : Education Revitalization Act |
| ABSTRACT : "Education Revitalization Act." The bill proposes to levy a tax of P1.00 per text message sent on all local text messages for a period of 5 years from the effectivity of the proposed act. The proceeds of the tax shall accrue to the Special Education Revitalization Fund to fund the nationwide rehabilitation and revitalization of our educational resources. It establishes the Philippine Rehabilitation Corporation which shall be responsible for the execution of the rehabilitation program. |

Abstract
"Education Revitalization Act." The bill proposes to levy a tax of P1.00 per text message sent on all local text messages for a period of 5 years from the effectivity of the proposed act.
