Abstract
This bill seeks to AMEND RA No. 6425, the Dangerous Drugs Act of 1972 by imposing stiffer penalties for violations of the law, strengthening the enforcement procedures and expediting the hearing of drugs cases. Hopefully, this will be a big step inputting an end to the drug menace.
