SHORT TITLE : "Fire Protection Modernization Act of 2004"
ABSTRACT : "Fire Protection Modernization Act of 2004". The bill proposes the Fire Protection Modernization Program that shall consist of: a) the establishment of fire protection services in all local government units; b) the upgrading of existing fire protection equipment and services; c) the establishment of specialized protection and related services; and d) the establishment of training facilities.
