ABSTRACT : The National Telecommunicati ons Commission (NTC) is hereby empowered or authorized to impose such fines or penalties, after due notice and hearing, against any public telecommunicati ons entity violating or failing to comply with the terms and conditions of any certificate, authority, or of any order, decision, resolution or regulation of the NTC NOT EXCEEDING TEN MILLION PESOS (P10,000,000.00 ) PER DAY FOR EVERYDAY DURING WHICH SUCH DEFAULT OR VIOLATION CONTINUES. |

The National Telecommunicati ons Commission (NTC) is hereby empowered or authorized to impose such fines or penalties, after due notice and hearing, against any public telecommunicati ons entity violating or failing to comply with the terms and conditions of any certificate, authority, or of any order, decision, resolution or regulation of the NTC NOT EXCEEDING TEN MILLION PESOS (P10,000,000.00 ) PER DAY FOR EVERYDAY DURING WHICH SUCH DEFAULT OR VIOLATION CONTINUES.
