ABSTRACT : "Anti-Terrorism Act of 2005." The bill defines the acts of terrorism and the penalties for the commission of terroristic acts. It provides for the creation of an Anti-Terrorism Council which shall coordinate, supervise and monitor the government's drive against domestic and international terrorism.
