The bill imposes on advertising agencies, television or radio stations and publications, which exploit women and glorify sexual violence, a fine of: a) for the 1st offense: P50,000 - P100,000; b) for the 2nd offense: )101,000 - P300,000; and c) for the 3rd offense: P301,000 - P500,000 plus cancellation of license or permit.'
