SHORT TITLE : "Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2005"
ABSTRACT : "Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2005." The bill seeks to define cybercrime, identify punishable acts involving computers, provide penalties, determine legal procedures for the investigation and prosecution of cybercrimes, clarify jurisdiction and provide for a clause on mutual assistance and cooperation. It provides for the creation of the Cyber-Crime Investigation and Coordination Center.
