ABSTRACT : The bill seeks to delete the requirements for an optical mark reader counting machine and, in lieu thereof, use an "appropriate technology to count votes." It allows the storage of election data in compact disc drives and compact discs. It authorizes the COMELEC to acquire the necessary materials through "purchase, lease or otherwise." | |

Abstract
The bill seeks to delete the requirements for an optical mark reader counting machine and, in lieu thereof, use an "appropriate technology to count votes."
