ABSTRACT : "The Movie and Television Review and Classification Board or MTRCB Reorganization Act of 2004". House Bill 368 proposes to create a new MTRCB tasked to classify and review of motion pictures and television programs, and to impose limited censorhip of the same. It paves the way for the industry to undertake self-regulation. The bill grants the motion picture industry 6 years to start and undertake self-regulation activities.
