The bill requires the advertisement of cigarettes, tobacco, liquor and beer not to: a) encourage the consumption or promote the increase consumption of the above products; b) depict the act of smoking or drinking; c) appeal directly to minors; d) advertise promotional schemes like "happy hour", among others.
