| SHORT TITLE : Public Sector Unionism Act of 2004 | |
| ABSTRACT : "Public Sector Unionism Act of 2004". The bill seeks to promote the welfare of government employees and recognize their right to self-organization and collective bargaining, the right to peaceful assembly and the right to petition the government to raise and ease their grievances. It provides for the creation of a Public Sector Labor Relations Board which shall have jurisdiction to hear and decide over strike cases when these adversely affect the delivery of essential services. | |

Abstract
"Public Sector Unionism Act of 2004".
