Abstract
This proposed measure is premised on the following: (1) That it is the State policy to use media as a means of enforcing the law, protecting and promoting public morals and good customs, and NOT to corrupt the minds of the children and the youth; and (2) That the State warrants the self-regulation and policing of the movie, TV and cable TV industries.
