ABSTRACT : "Philippine VoIP Act of 2005." The bill seeks to promote the development, growth and sustenance of the "Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP)" which is an alternative mode of communication. It provides for the administration and monitoring of VoIP-related services. It defines the regulatory powers of the National Telecommunication Commission over VoIP-related activities.
