| ABSTRACT : The bill proposes the following amendments: a)inclusion of representatives from the Departments of Tourism and Foreign Affairs in the Civil Aeronautics Board; b) creation of the office of the Executive Director; c) increase of penalties for violation of the R.A. 776; and d) imposition of policy guidlelines and directions for the Board to observe in the exercise of its regulatory functions. |

Abstract
