ABSTRACT : The bill seeks to amend RA 7941 by requiring the sectoral party, as a prerequisite to registration, to show proof that: a) its constituency is spread over the geographical territory of at least a majority of the regions or at least a majority of the provinces or cities in a region; and b) it represents the concerns of at least 300,000 Filipino citizens.
