| ABSTRACT : This bill seeks to provide key officers with the rank of Lieutenant General/Admiral , officers who are designated to 0-9 positions, an additional two (2) years of tenure in their positions effective on the date their tenure in position terminates asprescribed in Section 4 of R.A. 8186. |

Abstract
This bill seeks to provide key officers with the rank of Lieutenant General/Admiral , officers who are designated to 0-9 positions, an additional two (2) years of tenure in their positions effective on the date their tenure in position terminates asprescribed in Section 4 of R.A. 8186.
