ABSTRACT : The proliferation of advanced and state-of-the art technologies necessitates the enactment of laws to regulate human conduct in this fast changing world. The bill seeks to supplement and update the Revised Penal Code (RPC) to cover computer-related offenses which are not much different from crimes classifically punished under the RPC. |
