FULL TITLE : AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE CONDONATION OF PENALTIES ON DELINQUENT SOCIAL SECURITY CONTRIBUTIONS AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
ABSTRACT : The bill provides for any delinquent employer to remit delinquent contributions to the Social Security System within a period of 12 months from the effectivity of the proposed act or to submit, in writing, a proposal to pay in installment delinquent contributions within a period of 6 months from the effectivity of the proposed act.
