ABSTRACT : With the advent of the roll-on/roll-off terminal system (RRTS), documentary requirements have been simplified thereby reducing red tape. It has resulted in lower prices of basic commodities and an improved food supply at the local, regional and national levels. The institutionalization of the RRTS is expected to spur greater economic growth in the countryside. |
