SHORT TITLE : The Drug Abuse Prevention Program in Educational Institution Act of 2004
ABSTRACT : "The Drug Abuse Prevention Program in Educational Institution Act of 2004." The bill requires all universities, colleges and schools to maintain a program of education that will emphasize on the following: a) the legal consequences of involvement with drugs; b) the medical implications of the use of illegal drugs; and c) the incompatibility of the use/sale of illegal drugs with the goals of educational institutions.
