ABSTRACT : To forestall the commission of anomalies, the generation of doubt as to the integrity of the election process and to relieve local elections officers of clan pressure, the bill bars the assignment or continuance in assignment of an election officer in areas where the incumbent elective official is a relative by consanguinity or affinity within the fourth civil degree. |
